Stage 1

Submit your Tour Application

Submit your application via the "sign up" form on our Milwaz Educational Tours Page.

Pay special attention to your personal statement as this is one of the key deciding factors of the success of your application.

NOTE: Milwaz Volunteers  (pre-MSF) are exempt from the personal statement  

Stage 2

Application Review

Check your email to ensure that your application has been received and review the Tour Information Booklet.

While you are doing this, the MET Admissions Team will be reviewing your application.

Please allow at least 2-3 weeks for your application to be reviewed.

Stage 3

Application Status Update

You will be notified via email of the decision of their application.

Applicants may be accepted or waitlisted.

If your application is successful, you will receive an email with further instructions.

Stage 4

Payment

To secure your spot applicants must promptly make their full or first payment via bank transfer to the organization

Once the transfer is completed applicants must reply to their acceptance email with a snapshot of the transfer confirmation and a scanned copy of their passport bio-data page

Stage 5

Final Registration

Once we receive your transfer confirmation and scanned bio-data in your email reply, the link for final registration will be shared

Please note that a scanned passport-sized picture (no more than 6-months old) will be needed to complete this form

Stage 6

Tour Team Meeting & Agreement

The MET Team will meet with all travellers on a date (TDB) to share itinerary and general travel information.

This meeting is MANDATORY for all travellers and parents of travellers under the age of 18.

At this meeting a Travel Agreement between the MET team and Traveller will be signed, closing the application process
